For the first sale of commercial property I have done, I knew I had to choose someone that was both local and knowledgeable in the commercial side of realty. I had spoken to many other commercial property owners who warned me not to go with a large chain realty company that focus on residential yet has one person who kind of knows a bit about commercial real estate sales. Consensus agreed that I would need someone who focuses solely on commercial to get the the best representation. I chose to go with Kurt Halleen at Opitz Realty, and I can say I have no regrets. After my initial contact with him, he sprung into action immediately. He came to my property the day following my call to take pictures and get measurements.
